The need for specialist, independent arboricultural advice is greater than ever now that the management of trees and other green issues has become a critical aspect of development.
JP Associates is able to:
- undertake initial site appraisals
- produce tree surveys and reports to BS 5837: 2005 ‘Guidance for Trees in Relation to Construction’
- offer design advice for development layouts
- specify tree protection measures
- liaise with tree officers over work specifications
- act as ‘on-call’ arboriculturist to monitor progress and deal with construction issues
- liaise with council officers over the discharge of arboricultural aspects of planning conditions, section 106 agreements and adoption negotiations
- work with sales teams and landscapers to present completed developments to specification
- supervise large or complex tree work contracts
- offer advice on environmental, conservation and landscape-related issues.
